Beautiful hotel, but poor location
The hotel itself was very nice. The pool/rooftop bar area was fantastic. We enjoyed having a cocktail and looking at the city skyscrapers. My only disappointment was that it was not in a great area. We thought it would be a little closer to restaurants and the Petronas Towers. If you are wanting to walk to the KLCC area, it is dangerous, hot, and takes a long time. If we knew that it was on the other side of the highway, we would have chosen a different location.

Great Hotel
We arrived late, were greeted by a very friendly and helpful front desk staff who spoke english perfectly. Gave us a room on the top floor, and because there were three of us, immediately had someone go up and make the couch into a bed. The room was very modern, clean, and comfortable, with a nice city view. Would definitely stay there again! Mini bar is free, but includes only water and soft drinks ;)
