Robert at the front desk has only been working the front desk for a week, and is already a superstar...extremely friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. Landscaping is beautiful. Highest water pressure in Thailand for a superb shower. :)

Honestly Im not a picky customer..but this hotel...hmmm, the view is amazing and the island nature vibe is there..however, our room were not really prepared beforehand..some trash still there from the previous tenant and when we ask to clean the room they took 3 days to do it..a lot of dodging statement by the guy.. This place supposed to be awesome with what they can do to make it perfect, but somehow on this trip its hard to say we had even an average stay...

Really nice place in the mountain with a beautiful view.
The room is spacious and has a balcony overlooking the sea.
The staff at the restaurant was amazing and made sure people fell comfortable. The food was really tasty and well presented.
The only downside was trying to communicate with the guy at the resection. He barely spoke English and made it really difficult to communicate with him.
You can also rent a motorbike from the hotel. We did and the first bike we got was in really bad shape so we asked to replaced it with another one.
Overall the place is quiet with beautiful view and the staff will make you feel welcome. Just need to improve their English.
