Disappointed
My experience was horrible, first when we got there it was not communicated to us that they didnt have anymore king beds because of maintence issues, we found out by actually walking into the room and seen that it was 2 beds. I called down to front desk and told her my reservation is for a king bed not double queen. She said that since we booked thru a 3rd party she couldnt see what type of bed im suppose to have which is bs. I was there with other couples to celebrate me and my husband anniversary , we all had the same problem , the front desk agent was very confrontational when we went down to talk to her. She was loud with us with other employees stood there watching . We wanted to move to another hotel but all hotels was booked, so we stayed . i was not happy it ruined our weekend and our anniversary . i will not stay at that location again and i wouldnt refer anyone to that location. The room was also nasty, pictures below.

Hurricane Damaged not Fixed
It was obvious that this hotel had some damage from the September hurricane and they were still in the process of repairs. The first room we were booked into had a 1 foot diameter sinkhole in the floor of the bathroom so we were moved to a different room. In the second room, half of the mattress was wet. The third room we were moved to was ok but there were no pillowcases on the 2nd bed.

The bed wasn't all that comfortable. Room needed maintenance. Loose sink faucet, trim missing and arm on the upholstered chair worn. The troubling thing was the housekeeper was never wearing a mask.
