Good location and value
This hotel is located in the heart of the Ginza district and was a great jumping off place for trips to much of the popular areas in Tokyo. It’s location near multiple subway lines is very helpful. The area is full of fine shopping and dining in addition to being close to various points of interest. One of our two rooms was very noisy during the day due to construction going on in a building next door, and the window had no view...was just frosted glass, making a small room seem even smaller. We also spent two warm nights thinking the air conditioning was working its best, only to find out we needed to request the room be switched from heat to cool...lesson learned. Morning breakfast is just ok as it hardly varies each day...after a week it gets a bit old. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the hotel seems very safe and secure. Would not hesitate to stay here again but also might be tempted to try another hotel next in the area as a comparison.

Great location. Beautiful Hotel.
Right in the heart of Ginza and oh so convenient to get to from Narita Int Airport. The shuttle bus from the airport drops you off directly in front of this hotel. No need to fuss and worry about how to get into the city from Narita. The staff is welcoming and speaks very good english. The rooms provide beautiful views of Tokyo and is even more beautiful at night. Rooms are decent sized for Japanese standards. If you've never traveled to Japan before you might be shocked. Bathrooms are clean and spacious with a shower and soak tub. The hotel is centrally located and the subways are within walking distance. The area around Ginza are all in walking distance also with great shopping and good eats. It is also within walking distance of Tsukiji market which is still surrounded by restaurants and food stalls the last time I visited.

Great location, very nice hotel in a classy area of Tokyo, 2 subway stations very nearby (for 2 different lines). Inquire at Narita airport's train info desk after train/subway line goes directly from the airport to the Higashi-Ginza station-no transfers needed-- that is a one block walk from the hotel, with an escalator to get up to the street (due to luggage). Same with the Haneda airport. Inexpensive, fast, easy! Room is VERY small, but I might have booked a small room as I was traveling solo and did not feel it is necessary to pay for a larger room. Very nice hotel, quiet, modern, clean, breakfast was included and very good. Bed comfortable.
