Historical Luxury
Great location. Close to several great wine bars, breweries, and restaurants. Very clean and professional. Historic but luxurious and comfortable. Room was quiet (also appreciated being on a higher floor). Would definitely stay again for business.

Fair 4.0
grumpy people work here!!! And noisy
The front desk lady was miserable. Scratches on chalkboard would have been better than her attitude. Even my husband noticed and he never complains. No smile. Never asked how many cards. Never asked if I needed anything. Or any questions. Didn’t even tell me my room number like most hotels great you and no Thank you for staying Plus hotel was not full and we got a room right next to the noisy street. Horrible night. Sheets are NOT Cotton. But cheap heavy polyester blend sheets which make you feel like your suffocating and in a hit box on the bed. No two pillows were the same. Some small some lumpy and one nice fluffy one both my husband and I fought over

10 out of 10 would recommend
The hotel is very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. My room was huge and I thought the price point was great. They have a nice breakfast and parking was easy. Great toiletry products too. Can't ask for much more.

Exceptional 10.0
Great hotel; great service.
Facility is beautiful, in the hub of downtown. Indoor parking was an amazing perk.Perhaps a little pricy for Yakima. Alexandra was super helpful; she definitely went beyond what was expected to accommodate us.

Very Good 8.0
Great staff!
Great hotel with an interesting history in a good location to walk. Overall it was very clean but I definitely would comment that the carpet is so dirty that it sticks to your bare feet. Obviously this hotel has charm and character but I just can’t get over the carpet. The bed was very nice and comfortable and the staff was very nice. The room was large and I was in the corner with a lot of windows and nice light. You can definitely hear every noise on the street but I was not upset in any way as I felt this was the desired aesthetic in keeping the original style windows. I would stay again but bring my slippers to wear in the room.
