This was my 3rd time stay at this hotel. The electricity went down once I arrived at first day evening. In day time of my second day, there was no water supply in bathroom. However, the bed and cleanliness is good.

The answer is yes
The hotel was very inviting. If you don’t read the fine print, upon arrival you will be greeted with a surprise additional tax that is due at check in as well as a deposit. The area is very walkable to Georgetown and convenient to the hawker street food area.
