Our room phone didn't work, sink clogged carpet was severely stained, tv had spots in picture and weren't told about parking pass and shuttle service at desk. They did put us in another room but no upgrade. I wouldn't stay there again.

Property was well kept and service was excellent. The rooms are nice but not too much to them. When you’re in Key West how much time are you really spending in your room? Hopefully not a lot. Conveniently located to good restaurants and just far enough away and close enough to the hustle and bustle of Duvall and downtown. All properties had very nice pools and the staff was great.
