Good value for price paid
Room was basic, but clean and comfortable. I had hot water in the shower each day except for one day where I had to wait about 5 minutes; not a big deal. Breakfast was good: you can ask for eggs, there is bread, cereals, cheese. There is also a restaurant where you can have lunch and dinner. The food was good and very cheap. Location was good: about 10-15 min walk from San Francisco Church and Calle Sagarnaga. The hotel is located in front of a park with many sellers where you can buy snacks, water, etc. I felt safe outside. I read some reviews about a lot of noise coming from the street; my room gave to a side street (not in front of the park), sure you heard the noise from the street but at night it calmed down and I didn't have trouble sleeping. Hotel also provided a portable heating unit which was good to warm the room at night. They also organised for me transfers to/from the airport for 12 USD (you need to pay in Bolivianos though). Wi-fi was good. I would stay there again.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. We appreciated the hotel's location to several points of interest that we walked to and from. The room was cold and with a provided space heater, it did not warm up too well. The breakfast was satisfying.

Our Stay at Hotel Osira
This hotel has met all of our traveling needs. We enjoyed its proximity to the street farm markets and other points of interest. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The only issue is insufficient heat in the room even with a provided space heater, we dressed warmly to sleep and a heavy blanket on the bed helped.

Nice place
The place is nice in Bolivian standard. The hotel staff during the day was helpful, not so much for the ones in early morning. Room was big and bathroom was good with hot water (again, precious based on our experience in Bolivia).
