The location was the main reason I stayed here and all amenities and facilities were satisfactory. I liked the wooden floor and heated bathroom while taking a shower. They have washer for laundry, but I did not have time to get to use it. i would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Kind of stylish&well located but plastic plastic..
Well located in the city centre, bright functional rooms. But the whole thing somehow exhales plastic. Most of the furniture and room interiors (and probably the interior of the hotel as a whole) seem to be made of plastic and you can smell it. Apart from that, the rooms are in quite good condition and comfortable. It is not possible to open a window, but fortunately I had a room where the air conditioning worked well even on rather hot days (there seem to be rooms where this is not the case). The room might have been a little cleaner, but I'm mainly referring to a certain amount of dust into which I dropped my suitcase immediately after entering the room. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Good location and facilities for cooking
Location, equipment, booking, beds, etc. are very good. The only problem I had was that there is no air conditioning, which per se is not an issue, but it's impossible to open the window and I think this should be clearly stated in the description of the room.
