Nice hotel and location - poor service front desk
First the great. It’s a very clean hotel in an excellent location. 3 minute walk to the tram and 1 minute walk to shopping and a host of nice restaurants. Easy walk to a high-end mall. There is also a self serve laundry place 30 seconds from the hotel. To the Tel Aviv airport just take the tram four stops to the central station - the train. The train to the airport leaves every 30 minutes at the top and bottom of the hour. The breakfast is excellent, so choose that option if you can when booking. The beds were very comfortable. The only very average thing about the hotel were the front desk staff. While they seemed friendly, they weren’t helpful. When we asked if they could help us figure out the train schedule to the airport, the first front desk guy just said he didn’t know and that was it. I asked if he could help us look it up and he half heartedly looked for a few minutes and then said maybe it leaves every hour, but he didn’t know (and that was wrong. He was just guessing). We came back later to ask a different person and she said she didn’t know. Maybe every two hours, but to go to the train station and ask them. Typically front desk staff are helpful and work to help guest answer questions. The next morning we went to the front desk to break 100 Schekel bill so we would have money for the tram machine. She said they didn’t have change at the hotel and suggested I go to a currency exchange store to get change. Again, not the best customer service.

Jerusalem ❤️
Room was quite small but clean. Not enough towels are available. Too much noise all night long due to the music of the near pub. Good breakfast.

Exceptional 10.0
Excellent hotel!
Great hotel in a great location. It is very walkable to old Jerusalem, only 10 to 15 minutes. The breakfast is fantastic with many filling, healthy options. I would definitely stay here again.

Small rooms but great location
The good: modern rooms, nice ambience ground floor, great location downtown near City Hall slightly off Jaffa Road, walking distance to Old City, and assisted with arrangements to go to West Bank areas with special drivers. The bad: no parking (but can find parking within a few blocks in underground parking), rooms are small (but it is an older area), and staff occasionally screw up with issues involving communication with Arab-speaking taxi drivers (which caused distress for us, but a memorable experience).

Somehow disappointing...
3 days in this hotel. Conveniently located in the middle of Jerusalem, nearby the old city. Rooms have magnetic cards that work a bit hecticly. Breakfast was great even on shabbat. However the rooms were far from impressive, the sound insulation is terrible and if you re unlucky, which we were, ur room is located on the wrong side of the building, where there is a lot of noise coming from side bars and disco up to 3am! The beds and pillows are not particularly comfortable and the aircond does not work. It was 23-24 in our rooms. One could also see that everything was built cheaply, which already gives a feeling of worn environment. Honestly, besides location and breakie, not impressed for the price..
