The hotel was clean and in a nice location. The rooftop pool bar and restaurant was an amazing touch. The was a party with a dj on the rooftop Saturday night, which made for a fun festive time. Service was friendly, and usually prompt. Probably going to be my main hotel when i visit Baranquilla

We arrived late around 3 am and the guy at the front desk tole me that the manager closed the daily report and that they will not give me the room, I had to argue with him, it was not a pleasant situation, this can not happen in a VIP hotel with an Expedia Gold member, it is unacceptable, manager never showed up to talk to me and explain the situation.

The only negative thing that I can say is that I had to wait almost an hour for my room. I arrived at 245 pm . Overall. I loved my stay. Beautiful , clean rooms. Breakfast buffet was delicious and I loved the pool .
