Terrific place for a terrific price!
Terrific place! The owners were just great. The pub is a REAL pub with great beer. It’s situated so that you can walk anywhere in minutes. The room was spotless clean. I highly recommend that you go for the breakfast - it’ll take you through to dinner time! And finally, it’s quiet and away from the main streets. Believe me, you won’t regret your choice of staying here.

Great location and fantastic deal.
A fantastic b&b, great location. Just a few min walking from most sites in statford upon avon. Local, good people, the owners were very helpful and knew all about the area. Would stay again.

Lovely hosts and central location
Geoff and Carol were lovely hosts and took care of all our needs. The big advantage of the hotel is its location, just around the corner from high street with all the shops and restaurants. We had a lovely stay.

Great if you don't want to go to sleep before 11pm
The owner has a pub downstairs. VERY loud oldie music both nights until 11pm. Could hear the words of the people singing along to songs like "Crackling Rosie" Unable to sleep until 11pm.If you don't go to bed before that, you might like the place. Also the parking garage spaces were so small my husband had to let me out before parking or neither of us could have gotten out of the car. We were in room 6. It has a window seat, and a charming street view.
