I booked this apartment to put up some family members while they were visiting me in town. They're comfortable, reasonably priced, and come with good amenities for staying in. The location was also convenient for our specific purposes.

A disappointment
Chose this hotel appartment because it said we have a washer dryer... it did not only a washer it was a long tale of trying to contact a person of the hotel for information. Plus the apartment was over 30c with no air flow or conditioning.

Love the place as it is spacious enough for a family. Convenient if you drive as it's nearby attractions. Not sure about the walking distance but I saw visitors who are staying there walking out.

Will not recommend at all.
Major disappointment given the average ratings of the previous positive reviews. Pros 1. A number of cafes/ restaurants nearby 2. Likely varsity/ school area Cons 1. No receptionist - everything is communicated through email including the pin code and parking 2. No dryer in the apartment unlike what it's claimed in the hotels.com 3. I asked for dryer and was told they had one in basement but was broken. 4. Light bulbs didn't work. The whole living room was very dimmed. 5. One of the beds sunk in the moment I lay on it (I'm only 120 pounds) - it was impossible to sleep in it. We had to squeeze in another bed. 6. The utensils provided aren't suitable for cooking. 7. Room was really cold in spite turning up to the maximum 8. Wifi was super weak. Only available near the entrance of the apartment and in the kitchen. Can't get any signal in the living room or bedrooms. 9. You have to take out all garbage and dishes from dishwasher. There is no service at all. 10. You are really better off staying in a hotel given the price. Will not recommend. Feels like a student accommodation. Not suitable for tourists.

Lovely apartment - nightmare to park a car
The apartment was great, spacey and well equipped. The only big downside is the parking, if you are hiring a car. The local Swedish parking laws are very strange and no advice at all was given by the property agents. Only on part of the road can be used to stay over night and take credit card, but only on certain days of the week and other parts of the road can only be parked on for 10 minutes at a time and take cash only!! If you are driving, I would strongly recommend you get clarification from the property agents, before you arrive, otherwise the nearest car park is a 10 minute walk away
