Loved our lake view room, comfy bed, and nice shower. The room had good storage and a little fridge was nice for our farmers market purchases. Valet parking was great and there were stellar restaurants and shops nearby. Also enjoyed the views from Eno Vino on the 10th floor. We’ll be back!

The bathroom door is a thin piece of glass that slides shut but still has an inch gap all the way around each side of it. You can hear everything as if the door isn’t even there because it doesn’t shut completely. Also, they put additional charges on my debit card. I called to get it resolved and was told my card would be credited back and still no credit yet ….this was a month ago that I stayed here and have contacted them twice about resolving the extra charges that are not mine…like a pet fee when I didn’t have a pet. I could go on and on about all of this but I’ve wasted enough of my time with this place.
