    Puebla on Business
Great hotel that really blends aspects of a historic structure with first class Rosewood accommodations. The staff was very helpful. The rooms are a nice size and very well appointed. The hotel is very convenient to the historic downtown area. I would return with my family.

    Beautiful Puebla hotel!
Beautiful property to explore Puebla from. Very friendly staff throughout the hotel. We had the chance to used the restaurant, the spa and both bars. All were great! Our only complaint would be the AC in the rooms. It does not cool properly. It barely takes the edge off. In a five star hotel you should be able to have a cool room if you so choose. Having said that, we would still pick the Rosewood for a stay in Puebla. There isn’t a prettier hotel in town!

    Wonderful Hotel in Puebla
Staying at a Rosewood Hotel is always an exceptional experience, and the one in Puebla mostly lives up to the Rosewood standards. The staff and restaurants there are exceptional and there are no complaints there. The room my fiancée and I stayed in (First Floor) was not were are accustomed to at a Rosewood. The walls were thin and we could hear noise in the hallway and from our neighbors. The balconies were very small and all you could do was stand outside. There was no room for sitting outside to enjoy the view of the garden area. The bathtub was wonderful and it had a unique "hammered" metal design. It is large enough for two people; however, without making sure the drain is closed, a nasty sewer smell emanated from the drain. This is something that the staff cannot really take care of. It is a poor design choice for the plumbing system. It appears more detail was paid to design than functionality of the space. The rooftop bar and pool area offer magnificent views of Puebla. The pool is shaded so there is no direct sunlight to warm the water. The pool does appear to be heated so swimming is best suited for the summer months. If the pool is be open year round, I would recommend heating the water. The spa and gym are located on the roof adjacent to the pool/bar area. Again, they are both up to the standards of a Rosewood Hotel. We are planning on returning to Puebla in May and will definitely stay at the Rosewood Puebla.

    Fabulous Rosewood
This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Conveniently located near the center of the city with lots of restaurants choices. The views from the pool terrace are breathtaking. The hotel also has two great restaurants and a fabulous bar next to the lavaderos.

    Rosewood lives up to reputation
Visited Puebla with friends from Mexico City and we wanted a hotel that was centrally located and the Rosewood Hotel fits that need completely! It is minutes from the Centro, numerous local markets, a fifteen minute drive from the Baroque Museum and 30 minute drive from Cholula and its incredible pyramid. The hotel iself is built upon ruins which are incorporated into the design. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed and equipped. The main restaurant has a chef of some renown and the food is fabulous. Not to be missed is sunset from the viewed from the rooftop pool! Area!
