Place was fine - lack of blackout blinds and street noise make for a very bad sleep

During summer, not first choice
We stayed in the 4th floor loft. There is not lift, just steep stairs. There is no air con which made the room unbearablely hot. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Ended getting checking into a new hotel with Air Con that which ended being cheaper.

Very Good 8.0
A two night stay in Brussels
An excellent location, closer than we thought to la grande place. Tram station rogier right across the road and McDonald's next door! Spacious apartment up three flights of lift. The key is picked up from number 125. Apt is 117, a few doors down. Free wifi and large screen tv in sitting room cum kitchen. Kitchen had microwave, fridge, sink, kettle and toaster and small table and chairs. No air conditioning in apt only an electric fan. Double bed was comfortable in bedroom. Good wardrobe space and two windows. Bathroom had modern free standing enclosed shower unit. Found it a bit fiddly to use and at times water was too hot or too cold. Hairdryer supplied. No iron or ironing board in the apt. The host was extremely helpful with the wifi code and local knowledge. Overall we were quite happy with our stay. The area is relatively safe. The plaza hotel is across the road and shops and bars are close by. I would recommend this apt to friends as it is good value for money where accommodation is extremely expensive in the city of Brussels. Organised walking tours and bus tours are only about ten minutes away by foot. We arrived through gare du nord which is only one stop away.

Exceptional 10.0
Comfortable apartment
Nice comfortable apartment, with all basic utilities needed: fridge, microwaves... Second floor without lift, separate bedroom and bathroom. Bed is big and nice. Shower is rain-type. Internet was slowish. Neighborhood is weird, big street with sex shops and mcdonalds but it didn't look dangerous to me. checkin took 5 minutes, the lady was already waiting for me.

Good 6.0
Alright for the price, but a few issues.
The location is close enough to the tourist areas, however in a slightly uncomfortable area of town. The apartment was reasonably furnished for the price, however a bed leg was broken and we had to sleep on the one responded to our concern. We stayed during a heatwave, and despite this, the room was warmer than was unbearable. One note for the listing, they do not have laundry services (despite self-service laundry being listed as an amenity), and we ended up having to drag our clothes to a laundromat 10 mins away.
