Half a month before I went to Paris, the hotel informed me that "Due to very important and unexpected work", they are not able to let me to stay in their hotel and they have helped me to "upgrade in" another hotel. I am so unhappy that they didn't provide any detailed explanation. Anyway, because of the "upgrade" they mentioned, I accepted the offer. But, after arriving the "upgraded" hotel, I am so disappointed because of the following points:
1) the new hotel asked me to paid for the hotel expenses, but the facts is that i have paid it to via Expedia when I was doing the booking. Apparteo Palatino Paris 13 didn't communicate with the new hotel in advance. Finally, the new hotel called the front desk of Apparteo Palatino Paris 13 and I don't need to paid for the expenses twice.
2) I booked an apartment with 1 bedroom in Apparteo Palatino Paris 13, but the price of double/twin room they arranged for me in the new hotel is just as half as that in Apparteo Palatino Paris 13. The solution is that the new hotel gave a bigger room with 2 double room for me, but we just have 2 people to live in. The logic is quite funny, right? When I sent a message to Apparteo Palatino Paris 13 to complain for it and ask them if there is any refund, they just don’t reply my message.
3) The new hotel which Apparteo Palatino Paris 13 arranged for me is too dirty. The bed cover and the cover of quilt are very dirty and there is some SHORT CURLY HAIR on the bed!!!!!!!!!
4) The new hotel which Apparte
