The place was a bit tired. I was only staying for a single night - if I had to spend time in the apartment it would have been slightly dreadful. I am not sure I understand how they got 4*

I still did not get a mail detailing the passcodes for door and safe and had to “tailgate” another guest to retrieve my keys. If these details were provided as required then overall would have been excellent.

my second stay at SACO, Castle Crescent. the apartments are very good and the location is very nice and quiet. my only criticism was that the WIFI was down, the call centre promised to call back and never did.

Easy to check in. Room on first floor, but no lifts for luggage. Overall modern looking apartment and clean bar the dead spider under the bed pillow and the toilet that wouldn't flush.
