Big disappointment
We had an average room but a great view. For a Westin very disappointed. Front desk check in and check out very slow. We had a gift certificate for incidentals and they couldn’t figure out how to use so just charged to credit card. It was New Year’s Eve so we had planned on a nice dinner in our room, but brown bag room service, yuck. did have good view of fireworks. wont stay there again.
