    Amazing Hotel

I loved it! Clean, we felt so comfortable. The scenery was beautiful and all the art work in the hotel was nice. Every was closed like the restaurant and club but that’s ok we understand because of the pandemic! We would def recommend this hotel and right near time square! Also a plus is you actually need to scan your hotel card to get into the elevator! Loved that and they have security everyone was amazing there! Thank you for giving my little ones a great experience!

    Great stay

We were in town for a nearby appointment and stayed overnight. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. We had a room with a skyline view. It was roomy enough for 2 teenagers as well as my husband and I. Very close to Herald Square, Macy’s, Empire State Building. Lots of places to eat nearby. Madison Square Garden was very close as well. Would absolutely stay here again.

My son and I went to New York for the weekend. I book the hotel here, but the room wasn't ready. We came walked around for an hour and came back at the time the gentleman said it would be ready. As I approached the desk, the same gentleman said it the room still wasn't ready. To the left of the gentleman was a SUPERHERO named Thomas ( I wasn't able to get his last name) interrupted the conversation and gave me the Best customer service I have EVER received. I have stayed in hotels around the world , but I have never met someone like Thomas. NEVER EVER. The hotel is amazing. I recommend this hotel....be sure to ask for Thomas. Excellent customer service! A Superhero named Thomas

Clean, friendly, comfy but lacking privacy

This hotel is very centrally located and we were able to walk to almost every location we wanted to go to and the ones we just didn’t want to walk to we took the subway. This is definitely not a hotel for a couple that is going away together for the first time because the bathroom gives you NO privacy whatsoever. Do not expect any at all because you could hear a pin drop from the other room from the bathroom lol Everyone was very friendly. Did not use any of the services here so cannot comment towards that. Besides the rooms being a bit small/right on space and lack of privacy I would probably stay here again on one of my next visits to New York.

    10/10 would stay again

This hotel is clean, comfortable, and safe. The security desk checks temperatures of all guests checking in before allowing them to go to the lobby. Elevators need to be accessed with a room key to go to any floor but the lobby. The standard king room was nicely decorated and quite roomy for a midtown Manhattan hotel. It was very clean. The shower has a frosted glass wall that looked into the room, but has a privacy curtain that you can roll down. There is a rainfall showerhead and a hose that you can use handheld or on the wall. The door to the bathroom is a frosted glass barn door. Our room was next to the elevator, but we couldn't hear it at all. The smart TV can be controlled with the remote or with your phone. We were not able to enjoy all amenities-- restaurants and the terrace were closed. Valet parking is not available due to COVID, so we were sent a few blocks away to self-park. Unfortunately, the garage that the hotel uses was full, so we had to find another garage ourselves and were unable to get the discount. The location is convenient to so many things. Bring your walking shoes, and you can walk anywhere! We are planning to stay here on our next NYC adventure. Maybe we'll splurge and get a room with a view of the Empire State Building! We couldn't see much from the 8th floor.

We were looking for a comfortable romantic stay but it turned out to be not so good. Maintance of the hotel zero. Cleanliness terrible. Towels and carpets are torned out. Lights were not working properly in the room. No complementary water is given. No bathrobes or slippers. No coffee only tea. No roomCleaning.
