Exceptional 10.0
I always love staying here. It would be great to have a wee bit more counter space! I love the room with the bathtub more than the room with the table. This is definitely where I choose to stay when I come out on business.

Good 6.0
Fun if you are 21. A little too hip for my taste. Call me old fashioned but I do like to see someone greet you in something other than a t-shirt with an I-pad. Just not my style but if you are young and your eyes never lift off a screen (I phone, I pad or laptop) you will be very happy not to have to engage. 😀 The rooms were small but very nicely done. Loved the floor to ceiling windows.

Very Good 8.0
Expensive for what it is
Pros: location, comfy bed, nice lobby area for working remotely. Loved the bagels and la colombe coffee on site! Cons: overpriced, rooms feel nearly identical to the Citizen M brand which bills itself as a budget offering. Would love a kettle in the room, too! Luckily, I didn't forget anything because instead of offering incidentals to guests for free (ie providing things like toothbrushes or combs), you would be directed to a "vending machine" on your floor. It may be worth the money if you're there for the "scene," but otherwise feels a bit like you are being taken advantage of.

AMAZING HOTEL!!!
Visited NYC for the first time to celebrate my wife and I’s anniversary. We had such an amazing trip, from arrival to departure. Hotel staff was very helpful and informing, the hotel amenities were great. The design of the hotel is second to none! The Diego lounge had a great vibe to it and the rooftop bar had spectacular city views! Hotel is close to a laundry list of great restaurants and all the great shopping. Overall quiet neighborhood, we will definitely be visiting here again
