Impersonal, OK, Not worth the Money
Didn't like the fact that we did not see a member of staff from we arrived until we left (I'm sure they would have been there if we wanted them - but none to be seen off hand). Very impersonal. If you like hotel stays where you get excellent, personal, customer service for the price you pay, then this is definitely not the hotel for you. For the money it costs, Manhattan has much better to offer.

BLAH
VERY COMPACT & SMALL. Pictures are very deceiving. Have to show your ID & room key when entering hotel, when entering elevator, which is quite annoying when you are just wanting to walk around your hotel or leave to go downstairs just to grab towels, or just go upstairs to grab a redbull.

Good 6.0
Not impressed
The elevator was challenging just to get to the correct floor, the room was way smaller than we expected and the price was TOO high for such a small room. When we walked into the room we were not impressed!

Fair 4.0
poor quality once you get past the surface
Second stay at this hotel fell short. Still very sleek, but experience this time around was not good. Main issues: - first room I was given had broken temperature control and was 83 degrees; luckily they moved me to a new room in short order - the bathroom in the second room reeked of mildew; if the door was kept shut the smell didn’t seep into the bedroom - some sort of fire drill or issue took place the first night because of an alarm - hot water went out the second night - hotel did not offer upgrade provided for hotels.com gold members despite of having a number of rooms available - $100+ dinner charge on my hotel bill despite not dining at the restaurant (they had this reversed) - $25 a night amenity fee; appreciate lots of hotels have this but it is BS All in all this was just a bad stay with issue after issue. Disappointing for such a new hotel. Focus seems to be on attracting their unique and stylish clientele for the restaurant and bars, but little focus on the people staying there.
