Great location, close to the market, robinson mall and lots of convenient store around, easy parking. The room is small but very clean. Only one thing that bother us is that the air condition is so loud even we switch it to the lowest fan.
I really liked a lot the way the staff of the hotel treat you, in all areas they have a ***** star personal, they treat you so respectful and familiar that you feel real good.
Although I don’t blame the staff for my cancelation of taxi reservation for the airport, they were very irresponsible to their roles. They didn’t care if the guess misses the taxi which were booked through the hotel. If the hotel cannot manage the taxi reservation service for the guest, it shouldn’t provide the taxi reservation service! Very disapointed!!!
Ibis is a gem in the rough. Gorgeous hotel, excellent amenities, incredible staff, all centrally located within walking distance of shopping and fantastic food.
Incredible hotel for a fantastic price centrally located in Phuket City. Walking distance from a small mall, grocery stores, and an amazing night market offering a large variety of delicious meals.
Perfect for family of 4. Friendly staff. Not close to beaches, but very central to a bunch of street markets.
Why anybody would travel to Thailand, they are vulgar, loathsome, irksome people, so bad that in Phuket Thailand, a rich tropical vegetation terrain, don't see any birds, the same as their lack of ability to speak in English, maybe, 99% wont know more than 10 words in English, they don't respect anybody, but ready to rip of your pocket, it is so bad, that if you go there, you might regret travelling anymore, take my experience, don't go to Thailand, instead go to Europe or USA.
Stayed for 2 days here. The staff is friendly and helpful even with a slight language barrier between us. Rooms are clean. Small but it doesn’t feel like a shoe box. One thing though, our room smelled like cigarettes although the hotel is smoke free and the beds were hard. And the hotel breakfast was just okay. It is great value for the price paid. I’d recommend someone staying for a short time to stay there. It can also be confusing because it’s in the back of another hotel and if the parking lot is closed, you’d have to go through the other hotel to get to this one which was a super weird experience, especially if you booked a tour and the tour pick up is trying to find you.
Great location if you’re in Phuket Town. Plenty of places to eat drink and shop. Hotel is very clean and looks likes it’s just been renovated.
Nice, new and clean room. In the middle of city of phuket.
