Don’t waste your time or money
Pros: The place was very pretty and clean Cons:We got there at 3:50 pm, check in is at 4:00 pm; we were told that we needed to leave and come back after 4:00 pm. The host, Rebecca, was not very friendly and we were made to feel very uncomfortable, therefore we stayed away except for sleeping and showering. The driveway is very steep and a 4x4 is best. This B&B advertises things that you should have a right to expect for your use, BUT DON’T, such as the hot tub. We were told that we should have let her know that we were interested in using it because she doesn’t keep it heated. She needs at least 2 days notice. The kitchen, it was off limits. We asked for a key to our room and Rebecca gave me a horrified look and said that it was a safe neighborhood and keys weren’t needed. Really? I don’t know them. The room was okay, I guess, except for a curtain between our bedroom into the bathroom. I get up early and woke my husband up just trying to shower. They also advertise AC in your room, HOWEVER, the remote to control the unit wasn’t in the room. We were told that they didn’t want it ran during the day. We were gone all day, so... There is only 1 tv available and it’s in the common living area, so if you’re wanting to kick back and relax in your room, forget it! On our last morning (after 4 nights) we had a later flight and decided to stay for breakfast. It was okay, except that the host has birds that fly around the kitchen, dining and balcony leaving feces on the floors.

Great B&B
Great Bed & Breakfast. The house is beautiful & kept very clean, our bed was very comfortable. The hosts are friendly & served us a wonderful breakfast on the lanai with a view of the Kona coast.

Incredible view with Bad Vibes
This is a lovely place. But I wouldn’t recommend staying here. It’s pretty obvious that the owner doesn’t really enjoy having company in her home. The breakfast was just so-so but the view is incredible. You’re a long way from the beach so plan on getting in your car and driving
