Perfect location as it is walking distance to shops and restaurants. The doormen and bellboys are very friendly especially Michael. He greets you with the genuine warmth of the Ilonggo hospitality. I couldn't say the same with the restaurant crew as most of them are snobbish and seemed to be just busy bustling around hopping from one table to the other. I wish there was a better system of knowing who is assigned at the table during breakfast times. The breakfast crews could use more customer service training from the doormen. I suggest for the hotel to add teaspoons for table setting for breakfast. It puzzled me why they dont provide it. For room service, I suggest for the hotel to use plate covers as the food is being exposed openly during delivery thru the elevators and hallways. I was hoping they can provide hand towel hooks for the bathroom.

Best hotel we have been to. From the doorman, receptionist, F & B staff, housekeeping, and of course the Hotel GM were super host in service. They time to make your stay pleasant and warm. Location is perfect for our purpose. Highly recommended.

This hotel is very close to everything from restaurants to esplenade. The staff are friendly but the one thing I am not really impressed is the laundry, I sent some clothes for laundry 3 times during our stay, It smells clean but the folding were poor they don’t fold neatly so your clothes were too wrinkled.
