Quaint Old Style Motel
Friendly staff and good location. Room was clean but bathroom could have used a little more elbow grease.

Good place to stay in Williams
Located on old Rt. 66 at the edge of downtown Williams, it was in easy walking distance of just about everything in town. There's a DQ next door -- what more could you ask. Room was clean and quiet except for the occasional train, but I love trains.

Worst service
Worst experience 0.5/5, the manager at the front desk was rude I asked him why did you charge extra he threw my credit card on my face and asked me call people, I called they did not help very very worst service from hotel. The WiFi was not working we asked the manager at front desk he hang up on us was very rude said that it’s working for everyone and it’s not working for us. We showed him on our phones and laptops, he did not respond anything. I called people they could help us but they were trying me to convince to stay there. Bad service from hotel and Wish they could respond by setting this review.

Route 66 Gem
I wish my husband and I had the opportunity to stay longer and explore Williams from this great little motel. This small motel on Route 66 gave us the best stay of any others on this trip. While it’s little and non-assuming, it has a great and friendly staff and a fantastic price. The businesses in the area are all close, so it’s a perfect way to explore the gateway to the Grand Canyon on a historic route through the area. I’d certainly choose this over staying in the busy nearby and more expensive Flagstaff. What an amangly charming surprise for the road-weary!
