Cleaning needs to be improved
The reception is great! The breakfast is great! The location is great! The parking is great! Room#417, 9/16 night, there are previous cup water marks on the coffee table and the halfway portion wall between the toilet and washing basin, there are some light red liquid marks on the red wallpaper wall between shower and toilet. The sofa has some dated marks. And additionally not only this hotel, almost all the hotel have this issue-the towels hanging over the toilet rack

Beds were comfy! Continental breakfast was one of the best I’ve had! Very surprising! Hotel was clean and updated! Only downsize is it’s not really close to anything but a 15 min walk away…. Which would be fine, kids did not enjoy!

Niagara trip
We had a great stay. Breakfast was good, nice variety. We stayed in the King room, with couch. Great space to spread out. Room service was very limited. Over three night stay, they came in one time and only took out garbage and replaced towels. Location was perfect....20 minute walk to the Falls. Felt safe in the area...tall casino building was right across the street, so always could find our way back.
