Great hotel! Fabulous location!
Great location! Extremely walkable to ancient Roman ruins, easy shopping - and just a beautiful part of town. The staff was friendly, multilingual, and helpful. They upgraded us without our asking to a front room with a balcony with a view of the Acropolis! The rooms were clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. It was much more charming than the photos show. Communal kitchen was super helpful! They have a luggage lift, so you don't have to carry your suitcase up. Also luggage storage is available (not locked, but in view of the front desk), if you need it. We loved Tempi!

Terrible check-in process/ cheating
Really unfriendly check in process when the guy tried to: a) put me into a room with shared bathroom when I booked particularly a room with en suite bathroom b) after he realized I was not going to accept this change, he announced suddenly he confused my reservation with someone else but now he was not able to find my reservation c) only after I dialled hotel.com customer services he suddenly "found my reservation and a room with own bathroom". The room was very basic and had no window. But for one night I figured it would be ok. Great location!

Good for a night stay. Rooms are small though
The hotel room was clean although quite small for three to share. Two would be ok for just a night stay i.e if you want a bed to sleep, it's enough. The location of the hotel is really good. Right on the street with plenty shops and restaurants nearby. There's a restaurant downstairs which can get quite loud in the evening so just something to be aware of. Overall I do not have any complaints. the two ladies at the reception were very friendly.

Incredible value
5 star location and service, 3 star facilities, 2 star prices. No cars on this stretch of road means no noise or crowds but all the conveniences. Rooms overlook magnificent square and church and shade trees. All staff extremely helpful. Toilet IN shower stall so move TP so it won't get wet. No hook for shower head, must hold. No in room coffee, but kitchen with free coffee and tea open all night.

fine for the price
I rated it highly because I judged it as the cheapest hotel available. They have a dumb-waiter for luggage, but there is no elevator people and there are five stories. Also, there was a sink in my room but the shower and toilet were shared with the 4-5 units on each floor. Being on the top floor, I had a great view of the city from the balcony. No air conditioning but a powerful fan was just as good for the small room I had. There was a kitchen area, and there were plenty of restaurants on the same block. Fine for the budget-conscious, but not recommended for old ladies (though there were some staying there)
