Boyfriends birthday! It was very nice. He loved it
As We was running very late for check in. Christina was able to accommodate me by providing me with an easy self check in. She emailed me all the information I needed for when we arrived. It was very gracious of her. When we arrived there was a little mix up with the rooms. But it was quickly figured out. My boyfriend definitely enjoyed his birthday. It was very nice and quiet and relaxed. We especially loved the fully equipped kitchen! We will definitely stay again. Preferably in a balcony room.

Favorite hotel in NYC
Easy to find. Quiet street. Cute and warm entrance. Friendly staff. Quick check in process. We got the Buddha (rooms are named, not numbered). Our room was on the second floor, all the way down the right hallway and on the left side. The patio was such a nice touch. I loved the whole vibe of the room. The bed was comfortable and room was equipped with extra pillows and blankets. There was also an extra bed in the closet. The room was so spacious. I'd guess about 500 sq ft. I stayed here with a friend and we were very comfortable. We will for sure be back. P. S. This is a vegetarian building. They have breakfast in the mornings. Free yoga classes.

Loved this little gem!
I will absolutely stay here again! The room itself is large, including a full kitchen, and very clean(there was an iron, blow dryer, coffee maker but bring your own coffee and cream, and toiletries). I really liked the neighborhood, too. Lots of restaurants and wine/liquor store and a little market across the street. (I stumbled on the ramen restaurant that was on Chef's Table on Netflix and was thrilled). The only thing that some may find a little weird, but it is pretty popular now in NYC, is that you basically let yourself in with a code and pretty much you are on your own. You can call someone if you have any issues and they are very prompt in responding either by phone or text. I loved it-but i could see how some may not if they like to be waited on. P.S. i could not find parking, so i had to park in a lot a couple blocks away which will run you $45 for 24 hours.
