Room was clean, staff very professional, helpful and nice, we did not eat at the hotel as we were running to family reunion activities, couple of drinks at the bar on the 9th floor was nice with a better view of the city buildings and sky. We called front desk due to shower was draining slowly, the tech arrived within 15 minutes and cleared the issue within 10 minutes. We all loved the hotel and its elegance. I got the props for picking it. This hotel is situated in a good place to walk to many areas with ease, we will definitely stay here again.
