Nice hotel but needs work.
The bathtub stopper wouldn't work. Beds were hard. Pop machine broke. Other than that, it was a nice place.

Rainforest suite
Rainforest suite went in open minded expected it to be a lil out dated and it was a lil bit starters it was like they forgot to finish cleaning arivved amd there was a bottle of clea.ing spray left in shower which wasnt clean the mist and waterfall bye Jacuzzi did not work also had to reclean Jacuzzi main jets did not work mirror above was cracked a candle light was broke speakers that were sopose to play Rainforest sounds did not work coffee left pot not cleaned 12 light switches couldnt fogure out 4 of them the steam in shower did not work if clean and operated like its sopose to might be worth it and the pool is closed looks like permanently so we told the guy at front gave him a list of stuff wrong and said we would like to stay another night in another suite looked at hearts delight clean nice half the size small shower and Jacuzzi same price didnt even offer us a cheaper rate so my option only worth it if you can get a suite undet $100

We stayed in the crystal cave room for our anniversary as we stayed there for our honeymoon. Other than that there was mold over the shower wall it wasn’t terrible.

Front desk lady at check in was super nice and friendly. Jets did not work in our in room whirlpool. Full body shower was amazing. But for the price of the room compared to the others like it I can not complain

When we first walked in, the front desk didn’t say hi but just said ID and credit card. He didn’t look happy to be there at all. Handed me my card and told me where the room was. So as we gathered our stuff we walked in and noticed a bug in the tub and hair on our mini fridge and the room smelled bad. We brushed it off off and stayed anyways. They have a pool and a hot tub which was mice and relaxing and good restaurants near by, plus the vision was a plus. However when we stayed the night we had to cut the trip short. Once we got back to the room I started to break out. A couple layers it got really bad. The only bug that I’m allergic to which causes my skin to rash bad is bed bugs. They could be a really clean hotel but unfortunately that was not the case. I would never go back unfortunately.
