    Comfortable but Loud Neighbors
The room was very "route 66". The lady at check in late night was very nice and gave us some good information. But the room had an adjoining door to another room that had 5 girls in it that seemed to be up the entire night talking, laughing and slamming things until they finally left around 4:30AM. We were hiking to Havasupai the next day (like most people staying at this hotel) and we hardly got any sleep because of them. If there would have been a phone in the room I would have called the front desk to see if they could do anything at 2:30AM when they were still being loud. I had no cell service here and I didn't want to have to walk to the front desk at that hour. Other than that the room was what I was hoping for/expecting, and the bed was very comfortable.

    Exceptional 10.0
Perfect Route 66 destination or layover spot.
A one night stay before our hike into the Grand Canyon and Supai Falls, Motel lobby staff was very nice and super friendly upon check in. Room was simple, clean, quaint, Bath & shower worked well nothing fancy. Beds were comfortable enough and what you would expect from a historic little place in the middle of no where Arizona. The lobby store has the some essentials in case you forgot any last minute items. We also checked out the very cool Caverns and had decent meal at the Grotto. Lots of history on the property and fun relics to check out while there. Will stay here again and worked well for our trip travels.

Stayed the night before hiking Havasupai Falls.
Closest hotel to Havasupai Falls, hotel stay was very friendly. Be sure to check out the grotto restaurant and have the pie, it is to die for.

    Poor 2.0
    Didn’t get what I reserved
I had reserved and booked a double bed room. When I got there they said well you only have two people and you reserved a queen. Doesn’t matter if I have two or four people I booked a double bed room. I should’ve got what I reserved. The receptionist refused to give me the room I reserved and said she was sold out so I had to take the one queen bed.

I... wouldn't stay here again. I needed a place to crash the night before heading down to Supai, and was deciding between here and the Hualapai Lodge 12 miles away. Folks, unless the ~$40 price difference is that important to you, go to Hualapai. Everyone who worked here was INCREDIBLY nice and I feel pretty horrible writing this, but my room did not feel clean, I didn't want to walk barefoot on any of the surfaces, I could only connect to the wifi from about 20 percent of the room, and in general this place needs a pretty significant makeover. I did have a very good burger at the restaurant, however.
