Stay Somewhere Else in Saratoga
Overcharged us by $37.43, did not respond to phone message, Hotels.com no help, had to go to credit card to get a refund. Also, hotel did not provide a receipt. Box of tissues almost empty and not replaced. Fridge warm and moldy--useless. Reservation was for 3 guests, but only 2 sets of towels. Thermostat was lowered to 55 while we were out. For February in Saratoga, 62 or so would have made more sense. When we got back at midnight, room was too cold to go to bed. Damage deposit took a week to get back, even though Oyo's website says it should take a day or two for a U.S. property.

I was outraged with this hotel. I have made my booking in advance, arrived at the hotel and was denied to stay there, although the hotel was pretty much empty. The guy at the reception simply tripled the price I have paid for my booking, and said if I would not pay the difference, he would not allow me in. So I left and recommend you all to stay away from them
