Very disappointed
I was very disappointed in my stay , upon arrival we smelled urine , the sofa bed was covered in urine, then Sunday we noticed the smell of what smelled like a dead animal, I searched the drawers and discovered a blood soaked towel and wrapped up sheet with blood , this completely ruined our family trip we had saved for, and there was no sleeping ,there were people running down the hallways at night screaming .

Deadbolt lock
Satisfied with cleanliness of room. However, entry door deadbolt lock was extremely difficult to engage. You could tell that the door had been forcibly opened in the past. Maintenance person said we would just have to push in on door and use more force to lock.

Good Place to Stay
This property is an older property that could use some upgrade. However, we always have a pleasant stay. Always plenty of parking close to elevator. Our room last time was across the hallway from the elevator with easy access. Room was clean, and the balcony had an excellent view. I do hope they replace or repair the steps to the beach.

Poorly managed and run hotel
Had to stand in line for a long time (approximately 20 minutes) to check in! And if that wasn’t bad enough, our room was not ready! Had to wait for another 10 minutes for that. Very disorganized and incompetent management and staff. the very first night we had problem with very loud music that hotel staff did not respond to in timely manner. The phone in our room would not even dial the front desk! Had to use my cell phone to call them and even then the loud music continued for at least another couple of hours. There was overwhelming smell of pot in the balcony as couple of adjacent guests were smoking pot next door to us even though the hotel is supposed to be smoke free leave alone illegal smoke! Overall very disappointed with whole experience. We definitely not going back there again.
