Extremely disappointing experience
We found the room Comfortable, however we chose this hotel for the advertised dining experience. Our experience was extremely disappointing. We went to the attached Italian restaurant where we found the staff to be more interested in having a good time themselves rather than focusing on their customers. Ordered rare rump of lamb, only to get three small backheated dry peices of meat served with one potato and a slice of prosciutto which was like cardboard. All on a bed of peas and some type of gravy, not jus. Staff said that's what it was meant to be like! My wifes pizza was wrong also. We left immediately after this very disappointing experience. The management didn't appear to even care. Very poor.

Could do better
Could do with snagging jobs done. Bedside table did not have side finished. Carpets and furnishings in public areas could do with a spring clean. But overall a very nice place. Food excellent but a lot of it.
