Customer Service Sucks.
Family trip with my son and mom. Let my son pick the room. It was beautiful. We supposed to get a 2 room suite, but only got one bedroom. Me and my son ended up on a rollaway in the living room. Lol.....

Poor 2.0
Bait and Switch
The “suite” was two rooms. Windows were completely blocked by an outside wall three feet away. They had replaced the glass in the windows with mirrors because the view was completely blocked. WiFi and cell didn’t work. The picture of the room on depicted one of their two story suites. This was a bait and switch. Never going to stay there again.

Check in was too late. Waited to long.
I feel we waited to late to have check in. We had a 2 year old and it was very uncomfortable waiting with him and no where to relax and wait. Also I’m driving ur own vehicle you should not have to pay with valet to keep getting ur car out every time you want to use your car.

Everything was great except I was excited to go to the spa and went and asked the front desk at the spa to explain services .. the assistant named Xoti I think that’s how to spell her name was rude and walked away to say she had snitger thing to do . And said the other assistant would work w me . The other lady took another client so I waited and then she finally took me and hesitantly booked me for a massage . She seemed very agitated. I was excited to try services and by that Irish intro to the spa made my service of a massage not as enjoyable. Other then her all things were very positive about my stay at Caesar. Even the massage .

Try to avoid this room
Don’t stay in 5219 of the Forum Tower. Your drapes open up to a wall 3 feet in front of the window. No kidding. Otherwise, not bad.
