Needs a remodel but good service.
This hotel is quite dated, I'm sure it was great back in the 80s but now it is in major need of an update. The lobby is nice but once you go up to the rooms, the old musty smell and dated rooms disappoint. There was mold all over the ceiling of our bathroom as well. The good: Service was nice, bed was fairly comfortable, and the location was good. Hotel just desperately needs a remodel.

Enjoyable stay with no real issues!
Stayed 3 nites , on vacation mainly to see the Iguazu Falls Natl. Park..Checkin was smooth, same price paid as quoted and booked...Included breakfast, very fresh and tasty item, slightly limited but it took care of business!...Did a few workouts, both treadmill machines need repair but still worked, very hot inside the fitness room, did not find the A/C controls and no TV or music but I had my headphones so no problem,,I worked up a good sweat since it was warm in there!...Pool area was nice, no problems,,summer in Brazil so wear shoes or flipflops, tiles were very hot in the sun!...Plenty of places to eat in walking distance from the hotel,,did not eat at the hotel other than breakfast...Beds were slightly hard but that is the norm in South or Central America or even Europe for that matter...No other issues to report..The only minor problem was that there was no bending on a late checkout...12pm , I wanted to checkout about 2pm as my flight left at 6pm and it would have made things easier, but I understand..I cleanded up and changed in the restroom and all was good...Everyone was friendly and I would stay there again without question!!

Várias "ocorrências" pequenas que justificam dar uma nota abaixo da média: - Frontdesk insistiu que minha esposa assinasse o documento de entrada, mesmo que ela estivesse amamentando o filho naquele momento, a uns 30 metros de distância - um elevador com falha de manutenção. - pedi uma refeição sem arroz, me entregaram um prato com arroz - o garçom do bar estava trabalhando sozinho, para atender umas 20 pessoas. Obviamente que não deu conta e a falha disso não é dele. - pedi um berço para o bebê de 1 ano e 9 meses. Me apareceram com um troço de metal que parecia uma cama de hospital. Se a criança levanta dentro daquilo e se apoia na grade, certamente vai levar um tombo. Nem usei esse negócio, em nome da segurança. - precisei que fosse trocada a roupa de cama, e me trouxeram roupa de cama para o tipo de cama errado (king x casal) - 2 toalhas de banho e de rosto para 3 pessoas? Terrível. - a água vaza por todos os cantos do box e só tinha 1 pano de chão disponível - sinal de TV a cabo terrível TUDO ISSO EM UM SÓ DIA! PRÓS: - excelente café da manhã

Procurem outro hotel
Estou decepcionado, primeiro falaram que tinham estacionamento, e fica em outro quarteirão, plena chuva me molhei todo. Quarto sujo, cama horrível, localização péssima e em lugar perigoso. Não recomendo a ninguém.

Bom
Quarto ok, cama é grande e confortável, nosso quarto estava com um cheiro que acabou dando um pouco de alergia (acredito que seja porque estava fechado) depois que abrimos a janela melhorou um pouco. Café da manhã era ok, tinha o básico. Pedimos janta em um dia a noite e estava maravilhosa, parabéns ao Chef do hotel. Atendente que vende ingressos para os passeios (parque das aves, cataratas...) é muitosimpático e educado, recomendo. Estacionamento é cobrado a parte, mas sempre que precisamos eles trouxeram o carro com agilidade. No geral um hotel bom.

Hotel com acomodação espaçosa, área de lazer muito boa, porém o quarto e o banheiro são pouco iluminados, com 2 tomadas de energia apenas. O café da manhã não tem opções condizentes com a categoria do hotel. Pouca variedade, decepcionante.
