Location was excellent. Parking options were near the hotel, which is good considering that Old Quebec is a neighborhood of historical buildings, parks, views, and walkability. The hotel was clean and updated, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was wonderful as well.

The location is just perfect! The room was small but cozy, clean and had a great view of the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac. The restaurant downstairs plays music and could be heard from our room on the second floor, however it is not deal breaker for us, didn't really bother us. I would imagine in warmer weather it would be a little noisy for some. Not sure about rooms on 3rd floor, but like I said it didn't really bother us. There is no elevator, the hotel is on the second floor, but no issues for us walking up the stairs. Loved the decoration and again it is smack in the middle of everything. Would definitely stay there again.
