Excellent hotel, within walking distance to all the major attractions. Hotel is near some great restaurants and shops. Staff are very friendly, room was cleaned daily, towels replaced daily as well. Would definitely recommend to friends and family who wish to visit Rome.

So close to Rome Termini train station, walkable even with luggage! 10 minute walk and you're at Colosseum. 4 minute walk to the Hop on Hop off Bus stop. If you like a boutique hotel feel and personal attention this is great. The woman who serves the breakfast buffet is lovely and really enjoys making you feel special. Nothing beats sitting on the terrace enjoying a quiet time before heading into busy ancient Rome hustle and bustle.

Well situated for walking the entire city. Close to main train station. Good room, good bathroom. Clean. Breakfast is located down the hall on 4th floor rooms and can be a bit disruptive for noise in the mornings, Breakfast is self serve with seating on terrace.

We were really disappointed when we arrived. The property was covered in scaffolding and we paid extra for a terrace room that we couldn't use. The breakfast advertised was not included along with the coffee machine. I tried to speak to the manager but there were really rude and told me to wait for a reply. Sadly it never came.

This is a beautiful hotel! My girlfriend and I had just one night booked before we left Rome, and we were disappointed it was only one night! The hotel room is big, looks great, and has many great amenities. Would definitely stay here again. The only complaint, and it's minor, is the elevator is without a doubt the slowest elevator I've ever been on. It takes a lonnnnng time. However, that's such a minor complaint that that wouldn't deter me from recommending this hotel.

Very clean and courteous staff. Nice location, lots of cafes, shops, grocery store and laundry on same street. 10 min walk to Colosseum, train station and Trevi fountain. Would definitely stay here again.
