Excellent!
Great hotel! Clean, comfortable and the staff was extremely nice. The area is full of places to eat and was very convenient to get to the subway station. The public bath / onsen they have is a major plus as well. I would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast and (tiny) Onsen make it special!
I stayed in multiple hotels in Tokyo and this was a very good option. The room was comfortable. I didn't have much luggage though. The bathroom was small but had a deep soaking tub. The breakfast was great and compared to nicer hotels. The little onsen was a super nice perk. I didn't have any issues coming in after midnight (when there is no staff) but the fact that the front desk is closed and that the lobby is so small make it a bit less welcoming. Everyone I interacted with was lovely and had very good English. I would stay here again. Close to two subway station (Akasaka and Akasaka-Mitsuke) which is very convenient.
