Nice chalet with great spa facilities
The chalet was very nice, spacious and clean. The wellness area with saunas and spa on the ground floor was amazing. In summer, the only downside was that services were not working so it was difficult to get food in the evening, bit I'm sure if gets busier in the winter time. We were happy there.

Great location and facility/accommodation. Fell short on coffee and milk supplies, and whilst a good effort was made it is difficult (if not impossible) to deliver a quality hot breakfast. Room cleaning and linen changes need to be more frequent if not daily for a "de luxe" operation.

Disappointing stay.
The chalet are nice and rather luxurious, even though the wide angle pictures help a bit more than reality. But there is a big set of issues that we had with our stay. Starting from the difficult check-in (the houses are spread all over the village) and with no proper check in instructions we ended up in at the reception of some hotel to get our keys. The rooms descriptions is also wrong. It is written two queen size bed but in reality there is only one and two singles bed. Careful if travelling as two couples. The personnel do need to step up their English skills (it is an hotel after all) and more importantly, their politeness and visible effort. We had a broken coffee machine that took ages to get replaced only to be told that the extra coffee should be paid (!). Trash was not taken out in front of our home and also the area is still a construction site with many containers lying around the property. For the prices we paid (more than 400€ / night) we would expect a luxurious quality service but we were rather disappointed. Overall, the communication was rather bad and left us frustrated most of the time.

Amazing hotel, great place, amazing rooms!!
The hotel facilities were great, the rooms were nice and we felt like there is a lot of place (we were a 4 people in a room). The wellness area was great, breakfast served was exactly what you need. The only con was the massage, which was not at the same level of the hotel, it was really bad one, the person did not know English at all. It was a perfect stay at an amazing place. Highly recommended!!
