No vibe in the hostel at all. Nice location, wouldn't stay again. There are some other great hostels around the corner. Staff was rude

Friendly hostel
Great staff, nice area close to Atocha and Prado. Only fans not AC so it can get stuffy.

I left my jacket in the closet. I called the next day and it was gone. I was even willing to come back to get it. Gone...

Fun atmosphere at Las Musas
We booked one of the private rooms at Las Musas for our family and we had a great time. The place is definitely a hostel in terms of how much space you have, but the common areas were nice and lively. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. We had a blast on the free tour and we liked being offered other tours and experiences as well. The location was close to the museums and the main plazas. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved that the hostel allowed us to leave our bags there before check in and even after check out. Everyone spoke English and was very generous. Our room was also very nice and clean. Downfall: the water in the shower was freezing and we were unaware that the hostel was doing maintenance and were woken up by hammering at 8:30am. Overall, a pretty good hostel.

Great service, cold beer and good location!
Great location and excellent friendly service from all the staff. 10 minute walk from Sol Renfe and metro, with loads of shops and bars around. Real comfy beds but a little noisy and tatty around the edges. Would stay again.

be warned of the noise !
Unfortunately not the best stay, even for price. Be warned it’s very very noisy, and we didn’t even think we were on the Main Street! Didn’t sleep all night, and the curtain rod fell onto my bed in the middle of the night. Potentially dangerous? Bathroom not clean at all.. some of the staff were very nice, some not at all :(
