They had no water at night and morning, when we were there. Took a long time to get it fixed, and even before water shut down, the hot water was always just luke warm. They say breakfast, but it's just Twinkies and bread butter with no hot coffee or milk. Also no coffee in room.

Only good thing is location near Tanglewood
"Breakfast" was a Hostess Twinkie and stale white bread; very weak coffee and only 1 cup available for whole place. Peeling wallpaper; door stuck so bad it took alinebacker shove to open; feel sorry for polite office guy who tried hard and was apologetic but it's obvious off-premise owner doesn't give a damn; pool which is heavily advertised looked like it has been closed for many months. Cheapest place around. Worth maybe 1/4 of that low price. Trying hard to find something nice to say. Only good thing is location so close to Tanglewood. Could use a major and total overhaul.

Left us stranded
Part of our group came a day early and woke up to no water. During the morning prior to our arrival, we called to confirm the water would be fixed (and if so to extend one of the rooms for a night), and were told plumber was on the way with the repair parts. When we arrived, they wouldn't let us check in since the hotel was closed due to no water. No call, nothing. Our group had to scramble to find another place to stay, as many places were fully booked.

The stay was absolutely horrible staff was extremely disrespectful the rooms had mold on windowsills fire alarms hangs from walls i would not recommend anyone to stay here what so ever
