Not very great.
The heater did not work in the room. I reported it to the front desk and they said they'd fix it but it still didn't get fixed. Luckily it wasn't too cold. They did not clean after my first night there; towels were still wet and bedding hadn't been change. They asked me if I wanted breakfast the first day and I said yes but only 2 of 3 days. When I ate the first day apparently they did not charge me so they had to charge me then. The breakfast was very disappointing for the price and they did not even have breakfast ready at the correct time on the morning of my checkout. The only positive things were that the room was fairly clean and the location is fairly close to Grand Place.
