Overall good, with one exception
This is a combination single night to extended stay hotel. I noticed laundry facilities for guests, there was even a laundry basket in my room. Room is a suite with a two burner cooktop, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and dish and kitchen wares. Also in the room is a desk, chair, and a sofa. Had a king size bed that was comfortable. Bathroom was roomy with nice water pressure in the shower. I had two issues with my comfort. First was with the refrigerator-it was noisy. Second was with the HVAC unit-it was putting out an obnoxious noise whenever the fan was operating. I reported it to the front desk, I even requested a different room, but the hotel was sold out. I looked outside and it appeared that the shrubbery was interfering with the unit. I went outside and move some of it out of the way. Didn't help. Even sent a email to the manager(it wasn't answered). As it turned out there were strong winds in the area and when the winds calmed down for the night the noise went away. All I can assumed is that there is a loose part(s) inside the unit. This hotel does not offer breakfast in the morning, but there is a convenience store next door and a McDonalds across the street. There are other fast food/fast casual restaurants in the area. Overall I did have an enjoyable stay.

Great Hotel
Not exactly close to the airport but near the highway for those that are flying in and heading down the road. Not that being near the airport matters that much- Billings while a thriving city is not that big. The rooms at this hotel however are big and clean. The free laundry facilities are awesome as well and much appreciated (just bring your own soap!) I don't know how old the hotel actually is but everything felt like it was fresh and new. As for the staff, everyone was really helpful! The biggest problem I had was that they person who recorded my reservation at the hotel didn't note that I pre-paid through Expedia and almost charged me again. Luckily the guy I checked in with caught the mistake and there was no other issues.

This was OK--adequate if not great.
I did not realize when I booked this hotel that it wasn't a "full service" hotel, meaning that maid service is weekly and the front desk is only staffed during the day. Well I hadn't been in the room an hour when we had a power failure. Storm...OK I understand that, but I was never able to reach anyone about what was going on. I finally just gave up and went to bed. The power was out for almost 3 hours. The desk chair was hard and uncomfortable, the sofa was hard and uncomfortable, the bed was way too soft. So I didn't sleep very well and after working in the room for a day (I had a day between visits and worked in the room on some writing I had to do) I was in a good deal of pain. The only restaurants near the hotel were fast food. Overall it's not the worst place I've ever stayed but I'm not sure I'd go back.

Beautiful property, very pleasant
This new hotel is geared toward long term residents, which is probably why there is no pool or breakfast (bummer). This is why the front desk is unmanned from midnight to 6 am, but there is a security guard on duty. There is a full laundry room for guests, where the ice machine is cleverly hidden. The decor is beautiful, with amazing artwork in the common area. Our room had a kitchenette, a generously sized bathroom with storage, and a TV with lots of channels. My daughter reported the couch-turned pullout bed was comfortable, and the front desk employee brought extra pillows and another blanket to our room. The bed was one of the nicest we've experienced at a hotel. I could definitely have lived frugally in this room (as a single person) and been quite content. If you don't require a pool or breakfast and just want a pleasant, quiet night's sleep in a classy environment, this property is for you.

Good 6.0
So this “hotel” rents by the week... so it explains why room service doesn’t clean your room if you stay just for two nights. The hotel also presents itself like it only gets cleaned once a week....or fixed once a week...or not fixed at all. Our room had a stained bed throw, damaged lamp shade, muffin crumbs on the floor (not vacuumed) and lifting linoleum in the bathroom. The walls are thin and so we could hear the people arguing in the next room beside us. Do yourself a favour and spend the extra $50 and stay at Best Western or Hampton across the street. We wish we would have...
