First off, they didn't tell us that the hot tub wasn't working when I asked if the pool was open. Then they waited til after we checked in to tell us they no longer offered breakfast. We go to the room which is on the third floor and the elevator is out! My husband is handicapped and they didn't tell us this at check in. The outdoor pool was nasty and run down and the smell of smoke and marijuana was beyond out of control. The carpets in the hallways were moldy and smelly and the mattresses were hard as rocks. The Indoor pool area was disgusting. We didn't even swim. Bad experience. Will be NEVER be back .. my kids used to love this place.
