A delightful little hotel in the heart of old town. The rooms are a bit small but present a great value when paired with an excellent staff. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a moderate priced place in downtown. Easy walking to historic sights and restaurants.

We did not find the hotel comfortable. They quoted parking available, yet did not disclose that the parking was at an underground parking lot 3 blocks away, luggage needed to be hand carried up one flight of stairs to the surface and then transferred to the hotel without any assistance. There is no vehicular access to the hotel, none of this is disclosed until you actually make it to the hotel after struggling to find it. The beds are small, even superior rooms only have queen size beds or 2 single beds, which are narrow for single beds. The manager told us the rooms were small because it was City center, yet there was plenty of space vacant beside the beds, and other city center hotels we have stayed at seem to cope quite well. When I checked out, I asked if they had a trolley for my luggage, there were 2 men behind the desk, they replied no. When I returned, I questioned their customer service level, they replied, I had not asked for assistance. Quite simply, most hotels would have offered assistance prior to my request for a trolley, and certainly after responding in the negative. Their reply to me that I had not asked, a 70 year old man moving large suitcases to a parking lot 3 blocks away, is more than sufficient to summarize their level of service.

Check- in was wonderful! Isabelle was so accommodating and funny to boot.

Great location, clean and convenient. Will definitely stay here again next time in Lisbon.

The hotel is in a great central location. Easy to get to all the top attractions in Lisbon. Mauro at the front desk was friendly, helpful and even got me checked in early so I could take a nap from my red eye flight. Isabella at the front desk was also helpful with local tips. The room was as expected for European standards, perfect size for one person. The central location makes this a lively area so be sure to pack earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. My only complaints would be the bed and the bathroom. The bed was a queen though the mattress was hard as a rock! The bathroom was modern with a great raindrop showerhead. The toilet was so wide and uncomfortable it made it difficult to relieve yourself! Otherwise, this hotel was a great option for 4 nights in Lisbon!
