No wifi no work :(
Carpet was dirty, not that they clean everyday. There’s smell of all carpet and you could see the color fading of the carpet in one corner. WiFi suck suck suck. Had to go down to the lobby for WiFi.

Good 6.0
We were a family of 4 and had booked a family suite. They upgraded us to the Princess Suite since they had run out of family suites by the time we arrived. While this sounds great, the condition of the Princess Suite left a bit to be desired. The entire 18th floor smells of smoke even though it's a non-smoking floor. The room was very run down. One lamp was missing the lamp shade, the carpet in the bedrooms was grimy and the shower/tub areas are designed for baths. When we showered, the water runs along the back of the tub out onto the floor. We do have to say that they were accommodating to let us pay more for a very late check-out (9 p.m.) since we had a 1 a.m. flight. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great if you want to be in Chinatown.

China Town!!
This place is right in China town! Great location, easy to get transportation, food and fun! The downside is mediocre look of the rooms and quality of the bedding. It's very 90's movie quality. The concierge bombard you with questions and try to make you book trips with them for higher prices than normal. Every day they haggle you and seem quite abrupt if you disregard. The upside is that there's breakfast that is edible and good wifi if you need to do work. Enjoy
