Historic Hostel with Private rooms
We really enjoyed our stay. The walk to and from the train station was doable. We stayed in the private queen room. For the location, the price cannot be beat. The restaurant downstairs was great. They were show music videos from the 80's and the food was delicious. The history of the building is interesting.

Great hostel in Denver
A nice hostel in downtown Denver. Close to Coors Field and Union Station. The rooms have bunkbeds and each bunk has a letter. Bathrooms and showers are at the end of the hall. They have a bar and lounge as well as kitchen area for you to cook. There is an outdoor patio area on 2nd floor that doubles as smoking area (for all types of smoking).

I would stay there again
It was different than I usually do but was best price , close to coors field so I caught a baseball game. No one in the rooms bothered anyone else.

Hostel fish, denver
I liked the hostel fish overall. The staff was great, bed was so comfortable, i loved the bar and kitchen area and the cool balcony to hang out on. The only issue i had was the area it was in. Many aggressive homeless people. One homeless man even came into the building and attempted to steal a customers bicycle. Luckily the manager on duty and some customers chased him and recovered the bike. I was approached twice by aggressive homeless and even though i can take care of myself i didnt enjoy feeling threatened on my vacation. Other than that, i loved hostel fish and i do know that the homeless issue is not their fault.
