We had an excellent experience at this B&B, the innkeepers were the best. Highly recommend Johnson Shore B&B. A little out of the way but well worth it.

A Remote Gem
About as fascinating and captivating as we could have imagined. Down a one mile dirt road to a sweeping Vista of the Bay of St. Lawrence. Although remote, our dinner was superb. Well worth the time to get there and would be high on our list for a return.

Best views in PEI
If you are looking to get away from it all and relax in a tranquil and beautiful location then this is the place for you. You reach the inn down a long unpaved (but in good shape) road until you reach the end of the world (or so it seems). The inn is situated on the edge of the water overlooking the great red cliffs of PEI. You are still close enough to all the local attractions but a bit far from Charlottetown. We stayed in Charlottetown for four days and then moved to the Johnson Shore Inn for another two. Let the inn keepers Dave & Mel know if you would like dinner there. They do not run a restaurant but they do cook dinner for their guests on request. We had a great meal of ribs, cole slaw, baked Vidalia onion, corn on the cob and a huge PEI potato. Dessert was ice cream with fresh blueberries. They will take dietary restrictions into account when planning your meal. I recommend booking dinner at least for your first night as options are scarce in that area. Definitely go to 21 Beakwater for lunch one day. I had the best hamburger of my life there (and I have tried a lot of hamburgers!). Breakfast is basic (eggs, bacon, toast) but good. You won't regret staying here!

Perfect
Perfect place to stay. Great rooms, wonderful dinner and breakfast. Awesome views! The only negative comment is that there were many bugs outside, but the B&B provided all the spray you would need. I would recommend the sunrise room. It was wonderful seeing the sunrise and walking along the beautiful beach.

PEI Getaway
I really enjoyed my stay here. Hosts Melanie (Mel) and Dave were super nice people. I liked that the location was a bit remote and private. The view is spectacular, and the area felt unspoiled. My room was comfortable and clean. The food for breakfast was excellent. I also stayed for dinner one night and couldn't have had a better meal, even if I went to a local restaurant. Overall a great stay and would come back in a heartbeat.
